Cancellation Policy

1. Web Design and Development Services:

  • Pre-Approval: Cancellations made before the final approval to get started with the project from the client over email will incur no charges.
  • Post-Approval: If you choose to cancel the project after the final approval has been given, you will be responsible for 80% of the total project cost.
  • Post-Completion: Cancellations are not accepted after the project has been completed and delivered.

2. Digital Marketing Services:

  • Monthly Retainer: Our retainer services require a minimum commitment of 6 months. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 2 months’ notice if you wish to discontinue the service after the initial 6-month period.
  • One-Time Campaigns: Cancellations for one-time campaigns, cancellations are not permitted.
